The University of Great Falls wrestlers have now had a taste of pre-season, and I am absolutely impressed with the new recruits.
This is a class of hard working and focused individuals. They are proving that they want to be successful by working hard and doing the right things. This pre-season consists of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday lifting workouts with runs that follow.
The runs are not just runs, they are lung burning aerobic and anaerobic exercises that would make anyone question their purpose.
Tuesdays and Thursdays consists of wrestling practices where technique is drilled into their vocabulary. The new wrestlers will find out at even the collegiate level, you can't get the cart ahead of the horse.
This season thus far, has shown an extremely talented bunch of young adults.
